Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • ½ cup Frozen Pineapple and/or Mango
  • 1 Fresh or Frozen Banana

  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Fresh Grated Ginger

Directions:

Toss everything into a blender and process it until you get the rich, smooth smoothie consistency.

    Just watched Dr. Oz talk about the importance of turmeric. This smoothie looks like its worth a try! Might even be able to get the kids to drink it.

    1. Generally we don’t recommend soy milk, as non-fermented soy products pose a host of health dangers.
      You could substitute the coconut milk to coconut water or almond milk. Soy milk or traditional milk would also work, we just didn’t mention them because they aren’t the “healthiest” options.
